Come February each year, new inventory becomes available as beef begins to be processed. You can contact us for availability before placing your deposit if you'd like.

A pick-up location and time will be arranged once your order is placed. Kennedy Meadows Resort & Pack Station is available as a pick-up location during our open season from May through October.
